It’s a great to finally be able to share some footage from Pancho Villa today! While writing and coming up with ideas for film projects amongst your friends and collaborators, it’s truly striking as an artist to witness your shared vision come to life.
The boys and I will be releasing the trailer for Pancho Villa next Monday. The event brings a sense of completion to an idea from three years ago. Cooked up from a delirious conversation in a van trip back to the coast after a twelve hour shoot day in Portland, It’s finally seeing the light of day.
The concept behind the series is as fresh as ever, and maybe even a little more timely then when we first envisioned the characters. I hope people dig it, but at the end of the day, just really proud that we committed to it and finished an entire pilot season.
It’s that time of the year Northwest creative people. When “trying to keep dry” turns into a tool of productivity.
PV shoot this weekend in Portland. I can’t wait to hang with all my buds and do some good work together.
WOW! So excited. Pancho Villa! Deep into pre production and the shoot is only weeks away. I’m really happy with how the scripts came out, and the team seems to be stoked. What I’m really thrilled about is the cast and crew we have on board. We are definitely going to make something interesting, and we’re so lucky to be surrounded by so many talented individuals who are enthused to work on this project. Thanks for all the likes on the Facebook page guys. Do me a solid and if you enjoy that stupid teaser please share with your friends.
In other news, new blog. Hope you enjoy it.
